Hi, I’m Kami Binford, founder of The Apostille Agency, based in Dallas, Texas. I launched this company with a mission to take the confusion, delay, and stress out of international document authentication.

With a strong background in notary services, legal support, and client relations, I’ve worked with law firms, real estate agents, immigration consultants, and individuals to ensure that critical documents — like powers of attorney, birth certificates, deeds, and corporate filings — are correctly authenticated, apostilled, and ready for use abroad.

When I’m not helping clients navigate global paperwork, I’m often networking with professionals in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, exploring local communities, and learning about international policy changes that impact document processing.
