Returns & Refunds policy

The Apostille Agency Refund policy consists of:

  1. Appointment Cancellation: If providing 24 hours notice for appointment cancellation, any payment made in advance will be eligible for a refund.

  2. If you are rescheduling your appointment to a different day, that must be done 24 hours in advance. Anything under 24 Hours notice, please email me at info@apostilleagency.com

  3. Clerical Errors: Clerical errors made by our notary (e.g., incorrect date, misspelled name, etc.) we will offer a correction at no additional charge. If a correction is not feasible, a full refund will be issued.


How to Request a Refund:

  1. Submit refund requests via email to info@apostilleagency.com within 3 days of the original payment date. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account, noting that timeframe may vary based on your financial institution.
